Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your spot

If you wish the cancel your spot in our Science and Sustainability program you must have done so no later than 10 working days prior to the commencement date of the course. If the full 10 days notice is given you will be refunded the full paid amount for the program and will not endure a cancellation fee.

Cancelling with less than 10 days notice

Please understand that when you cancel without given us enough notice we miss out on the opportunity to offer the spot to another student. Therefore cancelling with less than 15 days notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

Unforeseen Circumstance

We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable! We are a company based on compassion, if you are unable to make or attend the program due to unforeseen circumstances please contact us directly at enquires@elasmo.com.au or call us on 0408 925 423.

UNABLE TO ATTEND A WORKSHOP

If you are unable to attend a workshop, please don’t stress! Let us know as soon as you can via email (enquiries@elasmo.com.au) or phone us (0408 925 423) we will do what we can do make sure you don’t miss out on that workshop. We will either fit you into a different class for that workshop or offer it to you the next time it runs, you will NOT endure any extra costs for this NOR will we refund you the workshop amount.

Shipping

Within Australia - Items are sent using Australia post and usually arrive between 4-7 working days from date of purchase. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order as been dispatched.

Standard Shipping - $2.00

Outside of Australia - Orders outside of Australia may take anywhere between 7-21 days to arrive from date of purchase. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order as been dispatched.

International Shipping - $5.00

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase please email enquiries@elasmo.com.au and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness.

Please note to be eligible for an exchange or return, it must be lodged within 30 days of your order date. Product(s) must be shipped back to our address, postage must be covered by you. Once returned we will inspect the item(s) for any damage, where we will either approve or reject the exchange/return request. In the case of an exchange, item(s) will be returned to you free of charge.
